Chili 🌶

I don’t even know where to start. This past month has changed the lives of so many people throughout the entire world. Covid has spread like fire and literally changed the life for all of us. I know that its hard to stay positive and motivated but we have to kind of just get into a new “normal” routine and stay active and do the things we love and try and find the joy in the little things. I have a 3 year old and I am literally up and going everyday even when I wish I could just stay in bed all day, BUT it helps me get going and get my shit together LOL.

So I made this chili which came out so amazing. Just the right amount of spicy and all spices blended so well together. What I love about chili is that 1) it makes alot of food 2) You can play with it and put pretty much what ever you want in there and flavor it to you liking 3) Its healthy and comforting. I do my chili in the crockpot and let it sit and get yummy for about 4 hours but you can also do it on your stove top or in your oven. What ever you have.
